By accessing, browsing, or engaging with The Rising Collective LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, events, or services, you (“you,” “guest,” or “participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or participate in our retreats.

The Rising Collective LLC hosts transformational retreats globally, each offering unique accommodations, activities, and experiences. Your specific retreat inclusions will be detailed in the event description at the time of booking.

• By booking, you confirm you are mentally and physically fit to participate in retreat activities.
   
• You agree to disclose any medical conditions or dietary needs in advance.
   
• You will be required to sign additional liability waivers specific to the retreat location and activities (e.g., yoga, excursions, swimming, breathwork).
   
• Travel insurance is mandatory and must be obtained by you prior to departure, covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, accidents, and personal belongings.
   

• A deposit is required to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable.
   
• The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your booking confirmation.
   
• Payments may be made via the methods provided on our website or booking platform.
   
• Failure to complete final payment by the due date may result in booking cancellation without refund of the deposit.
   

• More than 60 days before retreat start date – Full refund of the amount paid (excluding deposit).
   
• 30–60 days before retreat start date – 50% refund of the amount paid (excluding deposit).
   
• Less than 30 days before retreat start date – No refund will be issued.
   
  • As a courtesy, we may allow a 50% credit of the paid amount (excluding deposit) to be transferred toward another retreat within 12 months, at our discretion.
     

• If we cancel or postpone a retreat, you may request a refund (excluding deposit) or transfer your booking to a future retreat.
   
• Refunds for cancellations by The Rising Collective LLC may take up to 90 days to process, as we may need to recover pre-paid venue, vendor, and activity deposits already committed.
   
• If the event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (“force majeure”), refunds will be issued as credits toward future retreats at our discretion.
   

We are not liable or responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, airline strikes, civil unrest, or unsafe travel conditions. In such cases, payments will be applied as credit toward a future retreat.

We reserve the right to make changes to retreat activities, instructors, accommodations, and schedules when necessary, while ensuring a comparable or enhanced experience.

You are responsible for:

• Securing valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).
   
• Meeting any entry/exit requirements for the retreat location.
   
• Purchasing mandatory travel insurance.
   

By participating, you acknowledge:

• Retreat activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, outdoor environments, and transportation.
   
• You voluntarily assume all risks and release The Rising Collective LLC, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage during your participation, except where prohibited by law.
   
• We reserve the right to seek emergency medical treatment for you if deemed necessary, at your expense.
   

We maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Disruptive, abusive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund or credit.

By attending, you grant The Rising Collective LLC permission to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you provide written notice opting out prior to the retreat start date.

All prices are listed in USD. Guests are responsible for any currency conversion charges, bank fees, or payment processing fees incurred.

While our retreats are designed to create transformation and provide tools for personal growth, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes or results.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another individual, subject to our written approval and any applicable administrative fees.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

By booking a retreat with The Rising Collective LLC or engaging with our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
